Sent daughter a full loaf cake (her favorite) through catering (Char handled it brilliantly) and a gift card through retail. Because I’m often distracted i got daughters new form after mixed up and the card went to wrong address. Michael in retail sorted it for us; canceled the waylaid card and sent new one with the cake.
We love Maman, the aesthetic, the food, the coffee and tea, the shop, and especially the customer service!!!
